We want you to love your experience with Liquid New Tab. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Refund Windows
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with Liquid New Tab Pro or AI Credits, please request a refund within this 14-day period according to Lemon Squeezy's standard refund policy.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can contact Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) directly via their customer support, or email us at dev.nabellian@gmail.com with your order details.
4. Processing Refunds
Once a refund is processed, your Pro status will be revoked, and any AI credits associated with that purchase will be removed from your account.

2. 환불 기간
구매 후 14일 이내(14 days)에 전액 환불을 요청하실 수 있습니다. Liquid New Tab Pro 또는 AI 크레딧의 사용 경험에 만족하시지 못한 경우, Lemon Squeezy의 표준 환불 정책에 따라 결제일로부터 14일 이내에 환불을 진행해 드립니다.

환불을 요청하려면 기록상 판매인(Merchant of Record)인 Lemon Squeezy의 고객 지원을 통해 직접 문의하거나, 주문 세부 정보를 포함하여 dev.nabellian@gmail.com으로 이메일을 보내주십시오.
4. 환불 처리
환불이 처리되면 귀하의 Pro 상태가 취소되며, 해당 구매와 관련된 모든 AI 크레딧이 귀하의 계정에서 제거됩니다.
