1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the Liquid New Tab browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Liquid New Tab is a browser extension that provides a minimalist start page with customizable widgets. We offer both free features and paid "Pro" features.
3. Purchases and Payments
Payments for Liquid New Tab Pro and AI Credits are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a binding legal contract with Lemon Squeezy for the purchase of the Product. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for processing your payment, collecting applicable taxes, and managing financial liabilities related to the transaction. Pro features are provided as a one-time purchase for a lifetime license. AI Credits are consumable and non-transferable.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use Liquid New Tab for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys you provide for third-party AI services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Liquid New Tab are the exclusive property of NABELLIAN. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liquid New Tab is provided "as is" without any warranties. NABELLIAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Liquid New Tab Pro 및 AI 크레딧에 대한 결제는 당사의 기록상 판매인(Merchant of Record)인 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 처리됩니다. 구매를 진행함으로써 귀하는 Liquid New Tab Pro 또는 AI 크레딧 구매를 위해 Lemon Squeezy와 구속력 있는 법적 계약을 체결하는 데 동의하게 됩니다. Lemon Squeezy는 결제 처리, 관련 세금 징수, 그리고 환불 및 차지백과 같은 거래 관련 금융 책임을 담당합니다. 환불에 관한 자세한 내용은 당사의 환불 정책을 참조해 주십시오.
4. 사용자의 책임
귀하는 불법적인 목적이나 서비스에 중단, 손상 또는 장애를 일으키는 방식으로 Liquid New Tab을 사용하지 않는 것에 동의합니다. 귀하가 제3자 AI 서비스를 위해 제공하는 모든 API 키의 기밀성을 유지할 책임은 귀하에게 있습니다.
5. 지식재산권
Liquid New Tab의 모든 콘텐츠, 기능 및 성능은 NABELLIAN의 독점적 자산입니다. 귀하에게는 확장 프로그램을 사용할 수 있는 개인적이고 비독점적이며 양도 불가능한 라이선스가 부여됩니다.
6. 책임의 제한
Liquid New Tab은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며 어떠한 보증도 제공하지 않습니다. NABELLIAN은 서비스 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 인해 발생하는 간접적, 부수적 또는 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
